These terms and conditions apply to branded equipment, premiums, and merchandising materials provided by Food Concepts, Inc. on behalf of its partner brands.
- Only qualifying foodservice operators are eligible to participate.
- Payment must be received prior to shipment of equipment, premiums, or merchandising materials.
- Equipment will be used solely for the purpose of displaying products from the associated brand.
- Customer will not modify the equipment or remove any brand trademarks or logos.
- Equipment may not be relocated from the designated place of business without written consent from Food Concepts, Inc. or the brand owner.
- Customer is responsible for maintaining the branded equipment and restocking it with the associated brand’s products during the term of this agreement.
- Customer will indemnify and hold the brand owner harmless from any and all claims resulting from the installation, use, or removal of equipment.
- Food Concepts, Inc. and its brand partners reserve the right to audit the customer for compliance with this agreement.
- Customer will relinquish the equipment upon breach of any of these terms and conditions.

Standard Shipping
Most orders ship via FedEx. Orders shipping to IA, IL, WI, MN, ND, NE, and SD may be delivered by a regional service. Transit time: 2–5 days.
Shipping Locations
Orders shipping to AK, HI, military bases, or other non-mainland US locations will incur an additional freight charge. This fee is calculated after your order is submitted. To complete such orders, please call (800) 419-9324 or email customerservice@foodconcepts.com.
Expedited Shipping
2nd day, next day, and other expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. If you need expedited shipping, note this in the "special instructions" field when placing your order.
Shipping Damage
If your package is visibly damaged, please reject the shipment and notify us at (800) 419-9324 or customerservice@foodpros.com. We will confirm with the carrier and reship your order.
Returns
You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Include a copy of your packing list and ship to:

Warranty Claims
For equipment service or warranty claims, please contact the product manufacturer directly. Food Concepts, Inc. is not able to process equipment warranty claims or service requests on your behalf.
